Todd is the Chief FInancial Officer (CFO) for CableOne. Prior to that Todd was the head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Leveraged Finance team at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist Securities). After joining SunTrust Bank as an undergraduate (Florida State) in 1999, Todd served as one of the leaders building the firm’s Syndicated & Leveraged Finance practice within the investment banking division for the past 21 years. He held numerous positions across various sub-sectors at the firm, with the last 12 years dedicated to leading the capital markets advisory efforts for the TMT group.

Todd has a proven background in successfully developing and motivating high caliber and diverse teams in complex environments. He was the lead advisory professional for many of the firm’s most marquee transactions over the last 2 decades and was named one of the Firm’s youngest Managing Directors in 2009 at the age of 32. He has developed and maintains extensive relationships with many of the leading C-Suite executives, BOD representatives, private equity partners and key advisory professionals across the TMT landscape.

Todd is on the Board of Directors and one of the initial business executives to establish the Special Operators Transition Foundation (fka Your Grateful Nation), a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans in their career transition as they exit the US Military. He also serves on the Board of Directors of MobileMind Technologies, a leading cloud-based education software platform focused on transforming digital and technology acumen for educators in our K-12 classrooms.

Todd and his wife Ashley have been married for 18 years and have three children.
